Atelier North: Architecture as a drawn framework
Architecture, Identity, Motion · 2026
Overview
A Dublin architecture and spatial design practice. The site is the work: a 12-column grid, mono metadata, cobalt used like ink on a drawing. Restraint as luxury.
The challenge
Architects are often poorly served online — either a PDF in a browser or a generic studio template. Atelier North needed the precision of a drawing set: numbered studies, a plan that traces itself, a hero that behaves like a section cut.
Our approach
Inter Tight and DM Mono. Paper, graphite, one cobalt accent. Project previews wipe over each other. A plan diagram is drawn wall by wall as you scroll. The house image sticks through the hero and releases before the datum line. Technical, not decorative.
