Overview
Brine is a fictional thirty-six-cover seafood kitchen on the Galway docks. Whole fish over live fire, oysters opened to order and an open kitchen shape a cinematic restaurant website in ink, cream and ember orange.
The challenge
Bring the energy of an open seafood kitchen online while keeping the daily menu, location and table reservations easy to explore. The experience needed a strong sense of place and a clear path from the Atlantic catch to a seat at the counter.
Our approach
Expressive Fraunces typography and full-bleed kitchen films lead into a boat-to-table story, stacking house rules and a tabbed menu. A mosaic gallery opens into a lightbox. The five-step reservation demo includes a calendar, sitting selection, an interactive floor plan and a printed confirmation with a calendar download.
